The data you provide is required to process the reservation. Without this data, we cannot complete the reservation. No data will be transmitted to third parties.

 In the event of a contract conclusion (binding room reservation), all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years). The data concerning name, address, purchased items, and purchase date will also be retained until the expiration of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
